Software Engineer (Server side)
We require software engineers to work in areas pertaining to TCP sockets, streaming server scalability, encoding server enhancement, gstreamer related development, etc Requirements:
   • B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical / Computer Science
   • Atleast a year of development experience in socket programming, on Linux. Freshers with relevant final year project will also be considered
   • Excellent coding skills in C,C++
   • Aptitude for rapid problem solving


Software Engineer (Mobile platforms)
Work involves developing making enhancements to our live tv client on J2ME, Symbian, Android, iPhone and Blackberry platforms
Requirements:
   • B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical / Computer Science
   •  Atleast a year of development experience in one of the mobile platforms;
   • Experience in multimedia related mobile app development will be a huge plus
   • Excellent coding skills in C++/Java/J2ME
   • Aptitude for rapid problem solving


Product Manager
Responsibilities:
   • Develop the product roadmap based on product vision and customer needs
   •  Aggressively execute product roadmap by collaborating with UI, design and technology teams
   • Lead discovery of customer needs by partnering with executive and cross-functional teams
   • Conduct competitive analysis and idenitify areas for differentiation

Requirements:
   • 7+ years of experience with atleast 3 years of product management experience
   •  Demonstrated business, communication, leadership and teamwork abilities
   • Proven ability to innovate
   • Excellent problem solving capabilities, acute customer focus, keen grasp of business needs, positive attitude, sound logic and reasoning
   • Experience with online products and enterprise platforms is highly desirable


Product Marketing
Responsibilities:
   • Develop and implement marketing strategies including market segmentation, positioning and value proposition by partnering with cross-functional teams and analyzing MIS stats
   •  Develop effective marketing collaterals including brochures, white-papers, case studies, customer testimonials etc in line with the product marketing strategy
   • Formulate, implement and fine tune product marketing plans in sync the product strategy
   • Measure and analyze new and existing competitors and identify areas of differentiation
   • Identify new distribution and promotion strategies for the product and work with Business developement /sales team to execute them

Requirements:
   • 5+ years of experience in a product marketing role. Management degree will be a plus
   •  Demonstrated business, communication, leadership and teamwork abilities
   • Candidate should have a flair and eagerness to dive into the domain and customer mindset
   • Established track record in spearheading successful product launches with measurable results
   • Knowledge and experience in customer buying behavior for software products (retail/enterprise) is a strong plus
   • Strong presentation skills
   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Content Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities:
   • Identify new content sources, structure, negotiate and close distribution agreements with content owners
   •  Manage existing relationships
   • Carry out for all necessary interactions with content owners like getting the required decoder boxes, etc
Requirements:
   • 3+ years of business development experience with focus on TV / web video content acquisition
   • Ability to access value of content and work to find win-win solutions in partnership with content owners
   • Excellent Communication Skills


Business Development Managers (2 positions)
Responsibilities:
   • Responsible for developing, overseeing, and managing enterprise partners, OEMs, ODMs across assigned territory
   •  The position will also require acquiring new clients/customers and actively participating the entire sales cycle
   • Responsible for building, sustaining and growing a productive working, and revenue generating, relationship with the assigned Customers Partners
   • Develop periodical sales plans, forecasts and reports
   • To achieve the set target month after month

Requirements:
   • 5+ years of Business Development experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in a IT / mobile related company
   •  Excellent Communication Skills
   • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
   • Experience in handling enterprise partners a plus


Web Developer
We require a web developer to develop and maintain our live websites. Know how of photoshop is also highly desirable.
Requirements:
   • Atleast a years experience in website design / development
   • Sound understanding of Apache, php, mysql, javascript.
   • Prior experience in photoshop will be a huge plus
